White Peony (Bai MuDan) is a lightly oxidized white tea produced at Mt. Taimu, in China, using material from tea trees of the Dabaihao variety. A delicate taste with slight floral fragrance, fresh and sweet with slight soymilk taste, rounded mouth feel and long-lasting lingering sweet aftertaste.
Filtered or Spring Water: 194°F
