Honeysuckle fragrance and notes of buttered peach, this twice baked Dan Cong tea is from elevation around 1000 ft. and produced in the Phoenix Mountains. Thick, rich and a luxurious full mouthfeel, this oolong finishes off with a lengthy floral aftertaste. The story goes, that the tea farmer who created this varietal, 100 years ago, was so worried his neighbors would steal his awesome new tea, he called it “Duck Shit” to deter potential thieves. An objectionable, yet enticing name…this Phoenix Dan Cong oolong is a must try!
